This website collects only the information a visitor chooses to enter into the appointment request form. The form prepares a text message on the visitor’s device; the website does not store or transmit the form information to a separate database.

Name, callback number, requested service, preferred date, and preferred time are used only to help Freda respond to an appointment request.

The website may open the visitor’s phone, text-message application, Google Maps, or externally hosted website resources. Those services have their own privacy practices.
